This Privacy Policy explains how NIX HUB ("we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the NIX HUB mobile application. NIX HUB is an independent companion and customization catalog that provides hero information, cosmetic previews, community content, optional downloads, and related tools.

Some optional features may ask you to provide game-related information, such as a player identifier, zone identifier, or in-game name, to verify an account, display rewards, or process an in-app redemption request. This information is submitted only when you choose to use those features.

Anonymous app and device information

The random installation identifier is created by the app and is not your permanent Android ID. NIX HUB does not use this analytics feature to collect your name, precise location, contacts, or phone number. You can disable anonymous usage analytics at any time in the app's Settings.

Advertisements

NIX HUB may display banner, app-open, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements provided through Google AdMob and Google Mobile Ads. Google and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP addresses, approximate location derived from an IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic information in accordance with their own policies.

Depending on your region, an advertising consent or privacy-options form may be presented. The availability and personalization of advertisements may depend on your consent choices, device settings, region, and the advertising provider.

Storage, Downloads, and Folder Access

NIX HUB can download user-selected community customization packages and extract or place their contents in a supported folder that you explicitly authorize. Android's system folder picker, Storage Access Framework (SAF), or Shizuku may be used depending on the access method you select.

NIX HUB accesses only the folder or capability you authorize for the requested operation. Folder permission can be revoked through the app or Android system settings. Shizuku is an independent third-party service with its own operation, permissions, and privacy practices.

Downloaded community content is provided by external sources. You should review an item's details and compatibility before downloading. NIX HUB may store local download history, favorites, permission preferences, settings, and cached content on your device. You can clear supported local data through the app or Android settings.

Network Requests and External Services

NIX HUB communicates with our servers and third-party content hosts to retrieve catalogs, images, downloadable files, update information, account-verification results, rewards, and order information. These services may receive standard network information such as your IP address, request time, and user agent as part of normal internet communication.

App Updates

NIX HUB may check Google Play or our update server for a newer app version. Update checks may process the installed app version and standard network information. An update is installed only through the update option presented to you or through Google Play.

Local preferences, favorites, histories, cached files, and anonymous installation identifiers may remain on your device until you clear the applicable data or uninstall the app. Server-side records are retained only as reasonably necessary to provide the relevant feature, maintain security, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

NIX HUB is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and, where appropriate, remove it. NIX HUB is an independent companion application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any game publisher or developer. Game names, characters, artwork, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

NIX HUB may download and place user-selected customization files in a folder explicitly authorized by the user. It is not intended to alter gameplay logic, provide cheats, bypass competitive systems, or guarantee compatibility with any game or game update. Users are responsible for reviewing and following the terms applicable to any game, platform, content, or third-party service they use.
